I have been to the Champions Tour at Arena UK tonight and had an amazing night! Geoff Billington and Oliver Townend were absolutely fantastic and really put on a show! They had the crowd in hysterics the majority of the night lol!

My claim to fame.... After the first section ended Geoff and Oliver went to the stand for signing. Oliver legged it across the arena (on foot) and jumped over the wall next to me not realising I was in a wheel chair and nearly landed on my broken ankle!!!

He was so good with me, apologised profusely and then my cheeky friend Emily got him to have his photo with me before he had even managed to get to the signing stand!!

My mates went in the que to get their autographs and I gave them my diary to get them done for me too! My cheeky friend Emily then asked Geoff if he would come have his picture taken with me as I couldn't get to the stand because of my wheel chair!

So they kindly came over to me and I got a photo taken with Oliver and Geoff, and then gave Geoff a kiss!!!!

My crazy friend went celeb stalking in the crowd and managed to get separate photos with Michael Whitaker, Ellen Whitaker and William Whitaker!!!

It was really really cold! Definitely worth getting there as early as possible to get decent seats, there were quite a few people having to stand!!

We took flasks of coffee to keep us warm. Saw loads of people with blankets - I forgot mine!

I will up-load some photos tomorrow and try get my friends photos off her camera too! I won't be able to sleep tonight I'm so giddy lol! xx

lol, glad you had a good time, cant wait till friday now, I will be counting down my sleep times, daughter has already planned to get a poster and hopfully get signed. Sounds to be a good night, good reports from everyone so far.

Were you sat opposite the like photo thing?? I saw you if you were, in ugg type boots in a weelchair?? I got my photo taken too (on my camera and with the whitakers as my friend sounds a bit like yours haha) and an autograph - but thats not as cool as my friend who goes out with oli townends friend (rowan someone, a SJ who i dont know) and is going to the after party on saturday night! Uber jelous!!

It was a great night, they were so funny! i have a few pics as well

If you are going with a group of people you will need to be really early if you want to get seats next to each other! It was DVD night tonight, so I'm going to buy that when it comes out! Definitely a night to remember! xx

Thought it a bit rude that they disappeared halfway through the 2nd half. Still, left us with an amazing clear view to rake pics!

I was getting knocked a fair bit in the break but luckily my leg wasn't banged, I kept it well out of the way!! We made a dash for it to get out first before the major leaving rush caught up with us! xx

When I first saw Michael as he was lurking near me, I thought 'he looks like a Whitaker', and then I talked myself out of it, thinking famous people like that wouldn't go to something like that, and if they did, they wouldn't mix in with a public crowd! Then my friends noticed him stood next to me and I was completely oblivous lol!!

Is there another venue near by you can go to? We had Bishop Burton nearer to where we live back in November which would have been a 50 minute journey, but I gave it a miss as my ankle wasn't going very well at that point and daren't risk banging it. So when things started going well I decided to go to Arena UK which was the next nearest to us. It took us just under 1 hour and half to get there, (alot quicker on the way home), and it was most definitely worth the journey! xx

I loved it so much! I am now on a hunt to find more shows like this!! I definitely would go see Geoff or Oli again, either individually or together, they were a great team! I loved it when they were ripping each other lol! xx

It was a fantastic night, you will love it! My non horsey OH enjoyed it too! Make sure you wrap up warm and get there in plenty of time for decent seats! Keep your eye out for other famous people amongst the crowds! You will have to do a post to let us know how you got on! xx

Well............Oliver and Geoff were brilliant, never any doubt that they would be anything else! I do think that they were let down by the venue. Inadequate seating for the amount of people there and even from four rows back you struggled to see anything going on on the ground! Also, shame on those people who decided that Geoff's tribute to Otto was there chance to get up and go for food!

Still, all things considered it was fab! They both (Oliver esp) talk a lot of horse sense. Feet just about warming up at last!
