The coloured horse with mane bags on in some ones sig???

I'm looking for the person on here who uses mane bags with their horse!? With the coloured horse in their sig wearing them. I'd really like some more information on them if possible, where you got them from, how to put them on, how well do they work? Etc! I was wandering if they'd work on my Welsh D who has had slight sweet itch this year, rubbing just the bottom of his mane but I was after something to protect it through the winter as well as he is out in the field alot. His tail is lovely so that's not a problem, just want to sort his mane out now Any information on them would be greatly appreciated!
