The cost of running a horsebox

3.5 tonne, how much does it cost on insurance and tax, and also what's a fair price for a used one (only want it as a little run around), and can you drive it on a post 1997 licence? thanks

Insurance on mine is about £180 yr tax is the same as a car so depending on emissions if after 2002 i think, Mine is t reg 120 for 6 months.
mot was about £70 last year.
