Does anyone know if Tiffany Cook is still based at the same yard as Katie Thurston as that's where one of the horses belonging to SWCNBN has ended up (with TC). Post removed from fb now but I saw it last night and wasn't exactly surprised.
 
Now that an arrest has been made, the investigation has moved into a formal legal phase.

Because the case now involves the Crown Prosecution Service, any public discussion could be used by the defence to claim a trial by media or to suggest that witnesses have been colluded with.

To protect the integrity of the evidence and ensure this reaches a successful conviction, please can everyone consider the following:

Please stop posting about the dealer's name or specific arrest details on public pages. This is because, if a future jury is considered to have been poisoned by social media talk, a judge could stay the proceedings (stop the trial).

Any further contact regarding refunds or messages from the dealer in question, should go strictly through DC Lauren Skinner, Cambridgeshire Police.

Direct engagement or public shaming at this stage could be framed as witness intimidation, which could jeopardise the case.

The last thing any of us want is for a procedural error on social media to hand the dealer a get out of jail free card.
