hi all!

a year ago ago i figured marley had a bad back so he went off work for roughly 16weeks and came back into work mid july he came back into work.

he has had 3 physio treatments last one showed up nothing unusual :)

so i brought him back into work with the same saddle as saddle man told me (also vet, and physio) that saddle fit was good,

this is how he looked mid july

but then i moved yards as was getting alot of agro about his condition. so 1september moved to my new yard and a day later he was severly lame.. turn out to be a major abscess so work stoped for approx 8-9 weeks and total of 6 weeks complete box rest as he wouldnt come in from feild (eventually we got him in) and it burst.

brought him back into work begining of november went to the beach got on with schooling and jumping fittening etc.

also got him a new saddle begining of december as he bulked out a lot and the other one got very narrow.

we went hunting begining of this year he loved it. hes a physio check up this year already and hes going brilliantly!

here are the pics from easter weekend!

we still have the occasional no im not doing it attitude but this is once in a blue moon and ussually on an extreamly cold day he will keep bucking untill about 35mins into a lesson and he stops !

so proud of the improvement, just shows what good people, nice yard good vet and physio and lots of lessons can achieve. i know we have a long way to go but im hoping by autumn the schooling with be much better also the jumping, and we should be doing some cubbing in october!

thank you :) he does love it it took a while for him to find his confidence in me jumping though as he used to tank to them or pull out i ussually had more run outs and poles down that i did left up!

his true passion though seems to be cross country and hunting :)
