Legs look better, but I would look at getting her feet seen by someone else :)

This is a pic of our old TB and his bowed tendon (hopefully you can see it) his is still massive, but has been sound on in hacking and jumping for years :)

Feet look better in the newer pics to me - in the old ones you can see how they might have contributed to the injury (did you change farrier since then?).
Great change overall / How long did it take?
 
Farrier has been changed and Feet are currently in the rehab process :) She has heartbars on to support the tendon and help her heels move back :D

The feet were terrible but I think they look better, Farrier is due out again shortly to have a look, currently seeing her every four weeks :)

It has taen from her injury on the 17th of Sept until now to get it looking like that :)

Fab, much better looking now :) Her feet looked dreadful in the early pics and can only imagine that they would have contributed to the problem, however they look much much better now. Looks like your new farrier is a keeper ;)

Her feet have gone from long toed low heeled to almost boxy looking. Whilst I would agree that the long toe/low heel isn't good for tendons the last photos of her feet don't look totally right to. But I'm no farrier. Glad you have a new farrier though :)

Glad the tendons are better though. I still reckon ice cupping is the best thing, especially when the tendons have first been pulled - much better than cold hosing as the cold is more direct and at an ambient temperature. Well done for all your hard work. I have a horse who currently has a suspensory ligament injury so I know how long and difficult maintaining any form of improvement can be and he has been off for over five months so far with only a 'slight sprain'.

Thank you everyone :D The sleepless nights and fretting has been worth it and so have all the questions Ive popped on here about her leg :D

The feet are being addressed and new farrier is coming next week (well this week if you get my meaning lol) as it will have been four weeks since the heartbars and pads went on :)

We are doing things softly so as not to aggravate everything so we will eventually phase out the wedges to a flat heartbar then she may come back to normal shoes os she may not if she needs the heartbars for the ret of her life then she will have them :)

HOPEFULLY by the time she is back in work the feet will be where we want them to be next Aug/Sept, heels underneath her and not long or boxy looking. The feet could have contributed to her leg or they could have had no factor at all neither myself nor the vet knows.
