The Egypt Horse Project - scandal & Abuse continues

Just a warning to anyone who clicks the link, it's horrible :( I'm not squeamish but it turned my stomach, the donkey is awful.

How are they still going?! Who on earth is donating?!
 
Sorry for not posting a warning, we are so used to seeing this level of horror in Egypt we forget others will be shocked -

Sadly donations still get sent to these abusers, Ashleigh still takes donations and is now setting up another rescue in Australia, though the hope is that people will be able to stop her more easily over there as they do at least have some welfare laws.

She is working with a bigger rescue group as well, probably to garner good will whilst she sets up on her own, it's all about money and adulation for her. It all starts out well enough, but soon descends into lies, deceit and obtaining as much money as possible by doing as .little as possible.

I've seen people I know on facebook praising this charity?
How can anyone support this?

Because they scrub the place to allow occasional on-side visitors in and then portray the place as a last chance for animals. Ashleigh continues to tell all her Aussie fans that everything is great and that we are all crazy. It is beyond baffling that people refuse to accept the truth. These videos are the reality and need to be shared far and wide, it's only people cutting off their funding of these abusers that will finally close the doors, there are no animal welfare officers in Egypt, and very few people care.
