The end of an era

You're so brave and made the right decision. I hope to God that I'm that brave with my 27 yo mare. She's just fine at the moment, but I dread the day when I will have to do "the right thing". I've had her since she was 4, so it'll be a dreadful time...

RIP dear Harry - he had a wonderful life and wonderful owner.

Lovely post, what a great owner you sound, had him for life, worked and played together and finally put his needs before your own - great lessons for many in there!

What beautiful words. It sounds like you and he were both so lucky to have each other. My thoughts go to you and all that loved him x

I was sorry to hear about your loss Esther, he was a lovely boy I remember him from when my old boy competed long distance so many years ago. I think mines waiting to getup to more hijinks with me over rainbow bridge and I'm sure Harry will be waiting for you . X Tamara
