Hello! Long time no chat! I am now back at college, following my work experience. This was due to be a period of six weeks but I could only manage 2 weeks before my back started playing up. I could barely lift without shooting pains up my spine and a dull throbbing ache when i stood up so my manager and tutor got together and agreed i had to quit. Now, two/three weeks on, I am back at college (first day back) and have seen my Dr. NOT good news. He examined me and was not happy with my lack of flexibility and he wants to refer me to a physio and get an x-ray as a precaution. However, that is not the bad news. He has signed me off for a month, NO DUTIES, NO RIDING, NO HORSES for a month. If no better, then my future with horses he said "looks bleak and unlikely" I'm 17.. spent a year training to work with horses, the love of my life.. and now it looks rather distant. However, POSSIBLY physio will help but looks unlikely given that i fell off eleven weeks ago and landed on my back, and i am still no better. Before it gets said (lol) its not lack of excersise, i kept moving throguh work exp and when i went home and its no better at all. Darn, Darn double DARN
