The faces we pull when competing....

I am currently trying to decided which pictures I want to enter into the Bramham photography comp (details here: http://www.bramham-horse.co.uk/Content.aspx?name=photography-competition&x=89 ) and was asking the OH which he preferred - his helpful response 'You have a lot of silly people faces don't you?' Slightly confused I went back through the pictures and looked at the rider's faces, in all but one are they pulling an amusing face!
Would love to see you best 'competition face' pictures!

Shame I'm such a bad photographer that you can't see my daughter's face. The little mare was very green - that was their first XC session I think.

Chanting my "don't look down" mantra she jumped the water tray no problem, then SHE looked down and did some kind of bizarre leap while in the air and I went ooooh lol!

Everyone takes the mickey out of my dressage face (too wimpy to leave the ground, I dread to think what that face would be). DressageFace is furrowed brow, bitten lip and eyes fixed on the cob's head, just in case it falls off at X.

i have a shoulder in face and a half pass face, and an ext trot face................NMT always jokes she would know from a head shot alone what movement i was doing!

I also had a brilliant picture of me showjumping several years ago, where both I and the horse had our eyes shut... I thought it was hillarious.... .... photographer OH was not so impressed and deleted it
