Consisted of hacking, innuendo, ragworting, sunday roast and wine! I love sundays!
Only downside is that its looking like dizzy's back is still not right (literally sticking to nice easy hacks for now) my instructor (who I trust more than anyone) is coming tomorrow morning to give her view on it and it looks like another physio visit is on the cards.
Although the napping has ceased she is still so tense on her right side when asked to bend and will drop her right shoulder and stick her head out to left if you give her any room to do so, amongst a few other things and because she is usually so eager to please it has me slightly worried.
So picture... excuse the arms I tense up and pull a funny face when someone points a camera towards me
