So is City of Troy a shoo in? I don’t normally watch the flat but do intend, if I remember, to pop in for the big one.
I do love the names Coolmore use. I hope he fabulous. But can he be another Frankel?

I don’t follow the flat either….boring!!
But I do watch the big races , just so I know a few names if horses do well, stay sound and race often enough. I enjoyed the Frankel era and John Gosden’s best horses.
Marcus Armytage tells me in my weekend paper that only Frankel has been rated higher as a juvenile, than City of Troy and he has a great chance if he has trained on as a three year old.

I’m trying to take an interest in flat racing but we’ll see! I loved watching Frankel, let’s see if City of Troy gives me the same buzz. I don’t know as I’ve never seen him race.

I haven’t either!
Just watching Dutch Decoy for Owners Group. Not one of mine but I do follow most of theirs.
Dogs are fed up and waiting for their walk. 😃

Flat isn’t really my thing but I’ve been hearing about City of Troy since the Dewhurst last year and I’m excited to see if he lives up to the hype. I watched Frankel in all his races and it was like watching a dream of a horse.

I’m more jump racing though my RoRs are flat horses. I don’t particularly like the presenters on ITV for the flat racing but find myself watching Newcastle and Wolves all weather evening on Sky ……. I dint have a huge interest in the classics but like the long distance races like the Ebor etc where often older horses so have got to know them more.

Not really a flat racing fan either but I've stuck it on while having my tea break.
Did anyone see Ten Bob Tony going round in the ring. What a cutie pie 💕

City of Troy has got a grey tail (is it a galastral plume (spelling)). My Grandpa always backed a pale tail. 😄

Funny enough it looks like scat daddy's also seem to decrease in placing when they get older

Lady Aurelia won her first 3 outings, placed and won here and there and then her results decline

Thought it was quite interesting 🤔

I always assume the US trained horses are so pumped full of steroids to be like bullocks at 2 that the only way is backwards as the poor things grow up.
(Not saying you are wrong).
