The gundog club

Does anyone know anything about the gundog club? This is their website - www.thegundogclub.co.uk
They are starting gundog classes in Durham and I have decided to take my vizsla. The class is actually for spaniels and retrievers but the lady said I would be fine to take a HPR breed as the test for HPRs at the end of the course is the same as for spaniels except there is also a hunting aptitude test.
I think my dog might enjoy it - mostly basic obediance and retrieves. Its a shame my pointer doesn't qualify to go as they don't run classes for pointers or setters apparently.
Has anyone been to classes run by the club or done anything similar. Will have to brush up on some of Josh's training before the course starts in April.

Yes I'm quite looking forward to it now but I hope the other people aren't too serious - I suspect Josh might think the other dogs are there for playing not working.

Hi - I am really into gundogs and love working mine in the season. Have a look at this forum - they are very friendly and full of excellent advice (a bit like this forum!) There are members who have Vizlas and Pointers and all are very experienced.
