Its nto cold but the heating is off ................I know cos I have a radiator beside me at 3 and its cold. So are the others.

It's part of 'cost cutting'

We have had major tantrums at work because its so cold, not because anythings broken but a tight fisted boss. It has caused bad feeling and everyone is ignoring business attire and dressing down to wrap up warm.
