I'm really, really angry!
It's now been well over a week since I ordered my bit from the Horse Bit Shop and it still hasn't arrived.
I've tried to phone them several times but their phone just rings and goes onto an answer machine that you can't leave messages on.
I've also emailed them 3 times and these have been ignored too!
How are you meant to contact them to discuss your order????
I wouldn't mind waiting for my bit if there was a problem but to just not answer phonecalls/emails is in my opinion very poor customer service.

i had exactly the same problem and then after 4 weeks it eventually came, problem was that I needed the bit sooner and had to buy one before then - I personally wouldn't use them again!
 
I can't believe they get away with not answering calls and emails!
I'm going to report them to Trading Standards, as it's very unfair to customers.
 
I ripped into the person who answers the phone a couple of weeks ago. Their customer service is non existent. He didn't seem to give a toss though, certainly didn't apologise. Even if you get through on the phone he will say he's going to do things and then just doesn't. Absolutely appalling. Promises deliveries then when you ring to chase up it becomes obvious that they have not written down your order in the first place let alone sent it.
 
well im fuming!!
I ordered a bit weeks ago, they took the payment for the trial on the 1st and its still not here. Iv messaged them and i cannot get hrough by phone. Im so mad cos i wanted to try it this week before i do a ride on sunday.
The thing is im not likely to get my money back if i get one from somewhere else now.
 
I ordered 2 bits on the 27th April and as yet had nothing. I've emailed twice and called several times but also keep getting that message! I used them about a year ago and never had any problems then, which is why I tried again. Paid with my credit card so waiting for statement to come through otherwise I will be going to Trading Standards too!!
 
thanks, id emailed them for some advice about hiring, very quick and honest reply.,.... no faults yet with them
