HELP!! I have tried in vain to get these people to answer the phone and email; has anyone got the address to send bits back? I have lost the return slip.....thx

Really???? recently? I only received the bit 2 weeks ago.......gawd!! H&H talk about them today.......I have read alot of bad press tho (

I'm sure it was the bit shop. I've had a few bits off them and had no problem but it's probably luck of the draw. Hope you get it sorted.......
