I received awful customer service from them I now use gail @ horsebithire. She's always available, always rings back and gives excellent customer service - thats's what its all about

They have a dreadful reputation for poor (or non-existent) customer service. I quite honestly don't know how they stay in business!

I would go for Horse Bit Bank as recommended. Helpful, friendly and efficient.
