Problems yet again  sorry I'm just have a moan.

Last time I dealt with them they didnt know there ****from their elbow when I spoke to them ....years ago that was and even now, the website is about as much use as a chocolate fire guard!

Online services don't work, you send them an enquiry form email, guess what, doesnt work either.

arrrrr rant over

*goes off for another slice of walnut cake*

Well I'm not all that bothered about all this passport business for what its worth sometimes but that's a another story , but if your going to do a job, then it's worth doing right, otherwise what is the point of having the system in place.

anyway I've had my moan, I feel better now. :D

they are greedy money grabbers... £10 to add microchip details to a passport - my other PIO did it for free!

It was so expensive to add microchip and change owner with an HPA passport that I paid about the same or a couple of £ less to have the breed society contact them and cancel it, and issue a new one (in a very smart blue colour) with all the revised details, meaning also that the ponys breeding was included in the passport rather than a separate certificate. The HPA also took about 10 weeks to cancel it and advise the breed society (who couldn't issue me the new one until then). Good job there was snow on the ground and we didn't want to go anywhere!
