The indoor season has started with the supercob :D

With a few more practice sessions under our belt under Rara's training plan Rara, Storm and I all headed to the first competition of the winter season me doing the novice and her the open. We, as expected during said season got very very wet as since the venue has had to change we no longer have an indoor warm up, the forecast hadn't really emphasised it was a waterproof trousers sort of day!
Cob was amazing, we managed a test just 3.5 penalties behind Rara's which I'll definitely take, hit all our cones spot on finishing 2s faster than the time allowed, and our obstacles aim this time round was to not get too excited and miss a turn like we did last time out at cricklands.
Nailed it, I won the novice, Rara won the open, out of everyone on the day we were actually only beaten by Rara so . Such a superstar, next one entered

His work ethic is incredible, he did 2 tests/2 cones and 8 obstacles in total today ^^ those were his last 2 of the day and he was tired as was pretty flat when we leaving the arena but he really enjoys the job enough to keep going and keep helping you out too. It feels like everyone else is handicapped by not having a storm!

That looks fantastic fun. I never understand how rara does dressage tests that would look good with a rider and no cart. And I'm amazed by how sensitive and reactive the pony has to be.
