Alf is living with a 2yr old colt at the moment, and doing a great job of educating his little sidekick.

One thing the foolish child doesnt seem to understand is that Alf will never ever ever ever let him share his hard feed, not will there be a single scrap left. Poor delusional baby pony still lives in hope

However, when it came to worming. Alf would have happily allowed his mate to have all of them!

These babies aren't daft but they most certainly chance their luck! My 2yo knows his bucket is green, the Welsh cob's is black so when I put the down he takes a long route around to get to his bucket unless the Welsh Cob is too far away then he chances grabbing a mouthful on his way past.

? Poor Alf.. Dear Hippo can sympathise as he is now residing with a two year old... but you've gotta give them credit at that age. Ignorance is bliss- he happily walks up the the old sod to steal his hay and to promptly told off... AGAIN.

My 2yo and BBP have a competition running on who can be first to steal the mares bucket. BBP generally wins as he has no shame about grabbing the handle whilst her nose is in it and yanking it out from under her. Baby horse tries to put his nose into the bucket with hers which can make BBPs bucket thievery a little trickier.

(Edit, this is once she is down to the pot washing stage of breakfast, they don’t interfere whilst she is eating the bulk of it)
