It's been a while but i had been on here asking for various bits of advice about my naughty, spinning, napping, 'cantering back to the yard down a road' half loan horse. After giving it some more time i have finally realised that enough is enough.
I don't truly have the time to commit to him and found out some info that confirmed that it is a deep rooted problem and not my crap riding.

I guess there is no real point to this post but to let it out really. I'm sad about it in a way as he is perfect to be around and school but confidence has been knocked on the road now and i don't want to lose that either.

I'll still see him, gives him a treat etc but for now i'm horseless and contemplating counting the pennies and doing he homework to get my own....or maybe a share.
Anyway will end as feel a bit better now....as i said pointless!

Not pointless, iv not seen your previous posts??

You have got to do whats best for you, and a horse like this is really going to knock your confidence.

Good luck to you. I hope the right horse comes along

I had this exact problem!! After a year of hard work and getting nowhere infunally gave up. I splashed the cash and sent him away for some serious schooling. Voulah! One week away he was a new pony, after carrying on the work the lady started off, one year on I could hinestly say I would let an 11 year old hack him out (in company though!)
Where about are you? I could pit you in contact with the lady who sorted mine out, very cheap too!

Edit; forgot to say I'm in Shropshire area! Xx
