Ive recently been sent some and am quite interested to try on the terriers. At the mo they have Lathams Sensitive with a mackarel fillet each for their supper. One sensitive skinned and one has very poor claws. Inclined to stick with what I have but am hearing great things about the Laughing Dog. Thoughts please.

Ingredients for anyone wondering:

Barley meal (minimum 26%), Chicken (minimum 26% Poultry meat meal, Fresh chicken), Vegetables (minimum 14% Potato, Pea, Carrot), Porcine meal, Oatmeal (minimum 4%), Chicken fat, Linseed, Minerals*, Xanthan gum, Yeast. *minerals include vitamins B complex, C and K, citrus extract, tocopherols, yucca extract, rosemary extract.

No way would I feed something with barley as a main ingredient.

Laughing Dog of Dunchurch used to be a really good old fashioned product, their terrier meal was quite simply the best. Then Folds Foods (I think) took over, the old machinery was clapped out,and the so called "terrier meal" produced bore no resemblance to the original great product.Great shame,in my breed it was the ONLY biscuit meal to feed, with raw meat of course.Nor did they use barley ..it was always " 100% pure wheatmeal, stone ground". Although we still use the terrier meal it is only now graded as the best of the worst!
