(Totally tongue in cheek :D)

OP will post with a query about their horse.
4 posters will reply asking if its been scoped for ulcers.
1 will reply implying the OP is useless & shouldn't have a horse.
12 posters will recommend Micronised Linseed.
8 posters will now suggest taking its shoes off with stories of how doing this saved their horses life.
16 replies also follow telling OP to turn horse out 24/7 & that it doesn't need rugging
OP will reply that horse can't be turned out & it needs a heavy weight rug.
34 members will now post suggesting the horse is PTS
An argument will break out as OP takes offence at post suggesting they are crap & shouldn't have a horse.
This will continue for about 12 pages
It starts to calm, thread drops to 2nd page.......
A poster bounces it back to the top with
'I haven't read all the posts but have you had it scoped for ulcers?'

Fab, totally agree, apart from 1 would recommend linseed and 12 would imply that the OP is useless, repeating their posts every half hour until the OP agrees they are gods who know everything and gives up riding/sells the horse..

One crucial stage of the cycle you omitted:

The thread lies dormant for 6 months until someone called Dolly1971 resurrects it with a comment about Parelli being capable of such horrific things...

Brilliantly funny and frighteningly true.
I pounce on a thread that may be a sensible knowledgable discussion, only to find it's the usual.
Love your post glamourpuss.

Genius, love it :D :D :D

Don't forget the intrepid poster who discovers the thread the OP posted a year/month/hour before, that totally turns the tone of the current thread ...

I am amazed that you have missed out the MOST obvious and MOST common one of all....... the Back, sack and crack poster (well back, tack and teeth but everytime I read it it makes me think of back, sack, crack) :D

At least 79 people recommend back, tack and teeth in any thread that goes past a few pages :)

You. Missed out the op being called a troll and several people then stalking previous comments and threads and then analizing said posts and threads until a hole can b picked:D

You also forgot the subsequent threads of:-
I ve been called a stalker and ime not happy
I ve been called a troll and ime not happy

then you have the
I am frightened of the weirdos in NL you get much better advice in CR
I am frightened of the weridos in CR you get much better advice in NL

oh and you forgot the threats to leave the forum or push the button !

There is usually the poster that deliberately gets offended about some perceived meaning within a post then spends the next few pages arguing over semantics. They will often say things like "I wasn't rude to you, I merely stated that blah blah...." when they were actually patronising and unpleasant.

Its why I love it in here :)

Brilliant! You just forgot 6 posters to recommend a dually, & 5 to recommend a neue schule universal. And 10 to say speak to your yard manager.
