The Life Cycle of a HHO thread.....

And there's always the crashing bore who points out piddling little spelling and grammar mistakes such as GW's "pedatnic" and "speach" *snigger*.

And of course the posts where people put snide comments in *...* quotes as if this somehow makes it alright!

I am amazed that you have missed out the MOST obvious and MOST common one of all....... the Back, sack and crack poster (well back, tack and teeth but everytime I read it it makes me think of back, sack, crack) :D

pmsl i am so glad i am not the only one that thinks back, sack and crack:o

as for the rest of you, you're all bullies and i'm going to ask TFC to lock this thread:p

(Totally tongue in cheek :D)

OP will post with a query about their horse.
4 posters will reply asking if its been scoped for ulcers.
1 will reply implying the OP is useless & shouldn't have a horse.
12 posters will recommend Micronised Linseed.
8 posters will now suggest taking its shoes off with stories of how doing this saved their horses life.
16 replies also follow telling OP to turn horse out 24/7 & that it doesn't need rugging
OP will reply that horse can't be turned out & it needs a heavy weight rug.
34 members will now post suggesting the horse is PTS
An argument will break out as OP takes offence at post suggesting they are crap & shouldn't have a horse.
This will continue for about 12 pages
It starts to calm, thread drops to 2nd page.......
A poster bounces it back to the top with
'I haven't read all the posts but have you had it scoped for ulcers?'

Clearly this is in response to...

"New horse came home 1 week ago. I gave it 2 hours to settle in, then had a jumping lesson, then went xc schooling, then went hunting and did a fun ride. To make sure he had plenty of energy I fed him oats and didn't turn him out. Now he's a lunatic and is dangerous to handle so clearly the person I bought him off has ripped me off and I need to send him back, what do I do? I bought him a reaaly shiny new saddle and made sure his bandages matched his rugs so I've really done the best I can"

Inspired glamourpuss :D:D:D loved it.

Such spendid irony to see some who have posted here tee hee...

..... op you didn't follow my advice to the letter about speaking to your horse in spanish / dutch / portugese, so leave the forum now as I have a god complex today ... or perhaps my period. IMO the horse should have had you vetted.......

I am totally offended, you have failed to include my answer for most problems --------feed it less, work it more and when it's rude smack it.

LOL. :D You missed two posters asking whether the horse is Spanish / Scandinavian, and explaining that these are not suitable for ownership by practically anyone, and all your problems stem from basic lack of understanding of the breed.

And 4 people to post about their cob being far more difficult than any tb.
And no post is complete without a debate on draw reins.
For good measure, at least 6 posters should recount their almost fatal fall, where they walked away with minor injuries because they were wearing a bp. And lecture everyone on the importance of wearing one at all times, & a hat & gloves, even to muck out. And imply anyone who doesn't is suicidal.

Not sure if this has been said already.... Infact it doesn't need to be posted 478 times because it is just fact regarding every horse on here.... Every horse was rescued/found half dead/giving birth to siamese foals/beaten to death by gypsies/half mad/couldn't get near it/no trust in humans/about to be PTS..... Right?

Let's not leave out the people who post photos of themselves and their amazing horses - well photos of people they'd like to be and horses they'd like to own :D

Well I've not read the OP or any of the following 11 pages; but you should feed it Micronized linseed...
