The Ludo Logbook

Glad he's still ticking over nicely :)

A lot of the very weather reactive youngsters I've known have largely grown out of it (perhaps apart from that first 'oh my God it's autumn!!' moment), so hopefully soon he'll work out that he doesn't need to lose his noodle in a breath of wind.

The weird thing is that no matter how twitchy he is when we are in the stable, he's always fine to ride. Odd, but welcome!

Weather put a hold on things for a while there! We've had a month's rain in four days, with gale force winds.

I rode him today for the first time in a week and he was no different from normal even though he was twitchy in the stable. Bad weather does upset him, that's clear, even though he is rugged and no-one else here is.

There's not a mark on the plastic bit, so he definitely isn't biting it like he was metal ones.

Nothing exciting going on, just steady, pleasing progress :)

That's a bit boring for us but very good news for you and Ludo.
I agree though......we need pictures! :D
