I got a muzzle for buzz on sun he was fine with it untill last night, and even was more friendly at night (when he wanted it off :P). But last night i had my lesson with him so i took him out the feild just as his feild mate was going back out and he would not settle. He was swinging his bum around and when i tried to get him in the box he kept cantering out my hand. :( I didn't take him to the lesson and rode one of their horses instead but after i went back down to lunge him and he was still hyper cantering away from me... Now today i thought he would be better but i got a phone call saying that he would not let his muzzle go on. I desperatly need to take him on a good long hack, but don't want to go out myself today (he's usually fine). My friends in an exam so i can't go out with anyone else and we've said to other girls (8yos who have rode for three years) that we'll take them out for a wee walk/trot on our horse once they're home from school, i think they would cry if they didn't because we've promised it for so long....
So i guess what i'm really asking is do i bite the bullet and go out myself before the girls have a shot, or do i go out after they've had a shot. Or do i tell them they can't have a shot at all? I know he'll be fine with them because his feild mate wil be out with him...
Sorry it't long and cake to anyone who's got this far! :D

What exactly is the problem here - the muzzle (getting it on/off) leading him, catching him, riding or shooting him?

Yeah i don't quite get it either?! thought it was about a pony that didn't want it's grazing muzzle on but am now confused!
