Hi everyone

I've recently bought one of these saddles (cob GP). For anyone who hasn't heard of them they are exactly the same as the Thorowgood T4 range but in English leather. They are a good price too (£650).

Has anyone else bought one of these? What do you think?

I have ridden in mine a few times now and I really like it, it's comfy, stays central on the horse and is nice quality.
 
Funnily enough I was looking at these today for my Tb's. They looked very nice and £650 seemed very cheap for a saddle that was such good quality. Will be interested to see how they stand up to use....
 
I've seen and handled one, but not ridden on or used one, but, from what I saw, I very much liked it.

Ive just posted about these saddles!! I have the saddle fitter coming out and she is bringing her own cob gp for me to try as she has one for her cob. I cant wait!!
Ill let you know how i get on with it.
 
I really like the look of them. I have a High wither synthetic Thorowgood saddle for Charlie and it seems to fit him like a glove. The leather Harry Dabbs one he has now has been fitted but still doesn't seem to fit as well as his original saddle.

Are they completely leather or have they got synthetic material underneath?
