The number of greys eventing at the Olympics

I have to say, didn't there seem to be a noticeable number of greys competing this week

and successful ones at that

It seemed a far greater percentage than you usually see - or is that just me?!

Anyone whose got a clearer list of competitors than I can find, who can tell me how many horses competed, and how many of them were grey??

No, not just you! Not only were there a lot of greys, they were really good horses on top of their colour. Marius, Lenemore, Megan's little horse, I could go on!

Now, we just need a Grey to with the Grand National next time around and they truly will be dominating!
 
hear hear - did you notice the whole NZ team in the sj were on greys? Wasn't Gandalf super, also Lenamore. But the german horse Marius - what can you say! He was something else.
Nice to see a few with Irish blood in them too. That american horse that came second was a right old fashioned eventing type. Didn't he do well, a big horse like that must have found the conditions difficult.
