The physio's report on the Dizz. I missed some tech bits, but the general gist is I can start working her again :).

Unlevel right front - drops and rolls. In front of the vertical as the foot goes down. The change over to the left hind. Kick on the point of the shoulder? He squared it up.

The pelvic cradle was correct.

Work her. Pessoa. More left lead so right shoulder has to work. Light riding, leg yields.

Head and neck and everywhere else fine :)

I'm going to take it easy and build up over three or four weeks. Just Pessoa'ering and lunging (the lunge to get the canter work in a week or so). D1 will get on twice a week as she is light and I think it will be good to keep Dizz reminded of what a saddle is really for! :) I will up my own get fit regime and ride LC and BC in the meantime. Hopefully then Dizz and I will be comfy again with each other :).

Ta M :)

If only I could get rid of this effing cold things would be looking good! :D I've had some bad colds in the past, but this one not only takes the biscuit, it takes the biscuit barrel as well :(. Taken a day off sick - first time in over four years (as a contractor/consultant no work equals no pay), even worked when I had an op lol. Ah, did have two days off when bounced on head ;) :).

Trying to dig my way through the feed suggestions that people have kindly sent :). Would be so much easier if I had a brain instead of a head stuffed full of cotton wool! Pah.

Oh, I know the feeling, I have only just come back to the world of living.
I haven't been ill for 20 years or so, but some desperate bug caught me about 4 weeks ago and completely knocked me out, ended up in A&E as they were concerned my fever is actually going to kill me! Now I'm just coughing and snorting a bit, but at least am able to do the yard slowly, which is just as well as I got rid of the groom in at Christmas.

Must be something in the air! :(

D has just come back from Boots with Multibionta Immune - Keltic recommended it. Fingers crossed it works as well for me as it did for her as I really can't be doing with this being ill lark!

Hope you're feeling better soon hun.
