Thank you!!

Equestrian Clearance, had stuff in 2 days. Ordered a Fal rug once from them and got a letter next day saying it would be coming straight from Fal, thought it would be ages but came next day.

Ditto Premier equine, My order was mislaid and I had a phone call but it still arrived only three days after I ordered it.

For supplements - Feedmark, I have ordered at 4.00 p.m. and got the goods at 8.45 the next morning! Delivery is included in the price as well. Equineanswers.co.uk are also excellent - came next day and delivery was free. As for Horserugs4u, well all I can say is be prepared for a long wait!

Rideaway have always been fab for me.

DH are the worst in my experience.

If you want super quick. Try your local saddlery.

Ordered breeches from Derby House last tuesday lunchtime bout 12.30 - arrived on my desk at 9.00am next morning.... less than 24 hours.

yes theyre a joke i had to cancel my order with them, they ignore your calls and emails too

unfortunately with mail order/online shops, you have to rely an awful lot on your local royal mail office!

Over my way its rubbish, the last 2 parcels i have expected they have lost! One they found, but the other who knows!!

Really surprised at your experience with DH. I have been ordering from them for yrs - always found them very quick and reliable...

im really surprised about it too, but its been a nightmare, i ordered a custom fit jeffries bridle and the first parcel had most of the components but in different ranges and colours, so i sent it back, then the replacement noseband was the wrong colour and range again, so i sent it back AGAIN, next noseband was the right range and colour but the wrong size, it went back AGAIN,didnt get credited for it because the returns woman hadnt logged it back in , until i spoke to the manager, still waiting for the headpiece and the noseband now and its been months of problems and trips to the PO for me

What a disaster. I would be asking for some form of compensation (a gift voucher) or something if I were you....esp after all the inconvenience of running to the post office repeatedly.

ive thought about that, yes, im just a wimp asking for stuff, the manager said she's refund my postage on the last return but i never thought to ask about the others.
(oh, and i was also overcharged for the cheekpeices until i complained)

Definitely phone up or write and list all the aspects of this scenario, I am sure they would give you something if they value your business.

i wrote to the complaints woman and signed off saying awaiting your response, but got no answer. i spent an entire day ringing the manager but she was 'in meetings' all day but finally got her at 4.30 when id rang about 2 dozen times and she'd pob decided i wasnt going to go away
