The Saddlery Shop... no go?

I think I am generally a very forgiving person but The Saddlery shop have peed me off, not once but twice :mad:

I tried to order a stud girth from them ages ago... it never came, eventually got an email saying they don't have any in stock and would an alternative be ok, but had no stud girths, so I said no. Nowhere on there website did it say it wasn't in stock and when I ordered it the dispatch date was between 2 and 4 days. Emailed arrived after 5 days.

Anyways they apologized and gave me a 10% discount code.

So a few months later I thought I would order a stable rug and a shires thermatex style cooler. Good prices, everything in stock, got a conformation email. Should arrive in max 4 days.....
1 week later, no rugs but an email saying they don't have the rugs in stock and can't get them... Would I like an alternative?
I said yes... several days later, they emailed back with an alternative... great I thought. However the alternative is about £15 more expensive than everywhere else :mad::mad:

Still no sign of products and it has been weeks...
Has anyone managed to order anything successfully of them? They don't seem to have anything in stock!?
 
I've probably ordered from them around 15 times, hoof boots, comfort pads and a few rugs and everything's always arrived really quickly.
 
I have bought a lot from them in the past but was disappointed wit the last delivery as it was sent via my hermes and therefore took forever to arrive. Had I known I would have paid extra for delivery as I needed the item quickly and previously stuff had arrived super quick on the basic postal service.
