No pics, I'm afraid, as I didn't want to get closer and risk interrupting what can only be described as pure comedy!
Snip was having hi midday sunbathing session (lying snoozing in the field) and Rhythm was clearly missing his young filly playmate (who wasn't turned out as she was due for the farrier)
Rhythm wanted to play. Snip did not.
Rhythm kept marching up to Snip and nipping him on the ear, then bouncing away like a naughty puppy and leapig in circles like he was trying to get Snip to get up and chase him.
He must have gone back and done this about 20 times, Snip tried various tactics ranging from ignoring him (putting his chin on the ground and making it quite clear he was staying down) to trying to take a chunk back, whilst still lying down!
Rhythm, however, was quite persistent and finally got his way once he got down and ROLLED on Snip!!! Then got up and bounced away again as Snip got up and finally chased him and put him firmly back in his place, then mooched over to the fence to call me over so he could tell me all about what that stupid dufus baby was doing to him!!!!
Me and my friend were nearly wetting ourselves laughing at them!
