The stable is no longer empty, introducing Andy...

He looks lovely I hope you have lots of fun with him and at least you know he will be able to make time XC!

I'm jealous of your ability to ride ponies - they are so much fun! Unfortunatley at 6ft of leg I look ridiculous in an English saddle on anything under 15hh, can just about get away with 14hh in a western saddle.

Sorry, not my type at all! Why have you bought a 14.2hh? Surely this will limit what you can do with him?!

Oh my, a couple of things:

No one asked if he was your type
And this old chestnut: If you don't have anything nice to say then ...

Really.

Anyway Kokopelli, he's gorgeous - good luck together :)

So glad you found something :) He looks lovely..we al expect more pics as you get to know him!

Hopefully it works out for you guys, you deserve it! :)

Good luck have loads of fun. Personally I never look at anything over 15h my present mare is 14.3 and I'm 5.7 and over 60 would get vertigo on anything larger.

I believe that recent RC rules have changed about adults riding ponies in competitions, someone correct me if I'm wrong....so that sends your argument up the swanny, doesn't it?

OP, I wouldn't care if your horse was a 3-legged-Hippo from the Planet Zorg, as long as YOU love him! :D

More piccies soon please!

No! I'm only short myself and have a little 'un! He's 14hh and was bought to have fun on. I also have a bigger one. Just commented he's not my type of pony, too much blood. I didn't realise OP was only little too, thought Koko looked about 15.2hh! But seriously, I wouldn't want a pony that size anymore as thought OP wanted to do some BS with last one and its quite restricting on what you can do (even though I know your meant to be allowed to jump a pony as a horse I've been sent home twice now at two different venues!)

Well I did do BS with Koko and they have no right what so ever to send you home! If the horse is registered as a horse and your registered as a senior there are no rules stating that you can't compete a pony over 138.
No Koko was 14.3, yes we got funny looks when competing senior classes but we brought his passport which clearly states he is 14.3.

We measured Andy yesterday and he is actually bigger then 14.2 as he has high withers.
