Did anyone catch this episode of Horizon? It's on iPlayer if you didn't: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b01cywtq/Horizon_20112012_The_Truth_About_Exercise/
I'm posting this here because it involved a demonstration in which the chap ate a big greasy fry-up and then did nothing, and ate a big greasy fry-up and then went for a brisk 90 minute walk. There was only a third of the fat circulating in his bloodstream in the second condition as compared to the first.
As I think most of us are dog walking for at least 90 minutes a day I wanted to share the smuggery.
That enforced walk every day is greatly reducing your chances of fatty build up in arteries, type 2 diabetes etc.
