The worst phone call in the world.

Oh orangeone :( Tuesday really will be a sad day. They will be running together in the great fields in the sky. Tell your girl to wait a little and dizzy wont be long behind.

AmiRoberton...i am now in tears AGAIN! I will tell her to wait for Dizzy and they can trot over the rainbow bridge together! Blooming hell cant thpe for tears...:(

I know neither can I but its comforting to think they will have each other. It's ok to cry I only hold it in for when I am around her xxx

Feel for both of you, not been there yet and breaks my heart to even imagine it. They are such lucky horses to have partners putting them first when it hurts so much. xx

My horse Roxy was diagnosed with kissing spines and damaged back in November. We tried steroids, physio every 3 weeks and supplements and there was an improvement at first then she started to become dangerous & unpredictable when ridden. I decided to pts as she's a very unsettled horse anyway and not easy. I made the phone call on Monday (after spending weeks trying to pluck up the courage) and the vet is coming out tomorrow :-(. Haven't been able to sleep all week and totally dreading tomorrow. Hope everything goes as well as can be expected on Tuesday.
Emily

Big hugs, my friend made that call earlier this year, both me and her best friend took the day off work and spent it with her. Not lying it was horrible for us but knowing we made her day easier really helps so tell good friends and get them there with you, my friend was adamant she didn't need anyone but we were there just in case she did and I know it really helped her on the day.

Sending thoughts and hugs to the three of you making such hard decisions, but we all understand they are made with love and care.

Amy, orange one and Emily, you will be in our thoughts over the next few days
