OMG thats ridiculous. And surely they would have been seen during the time it took them to dismantle it?

how on Earth does one nick a horse walker??? It's tricky to dismantle and you can't exactly drive it off in your Corsa, can you?

Having built one here and seeing many others (far posher than mine) I honestly think you could dismantle and load it on a lorry or van in an hour if you had 2 or 3 people so not really that far fetched. A bit shocking that somebody would go to those lengths though, in the grand scheme of things related to horses thet aren't that expensive.
