I'm currently using some waterproof gloves but they just aren't warm enough for doing the yard duties. I was wondering if anyone could reccomend some good gloves to keep my hands and fingers warm, yet still allow me to do jobs without having to remove my gloves. Thanks

I have found glove liners useful from motorbike shops. You can use them under your latex gloves, which is handy for poo picking, also another thing I have found is ski gloves not brilliant for riding in as a bit bulky but for general yard duties they are great especially with glove liners in. Very toasty!!!
 
i have been wearing fingerless gloves doing farm work this winter and i think they are great,they keep your hands warm abd you can do your jobs whilst still keeping gloves on
 
I really like and would recommend the Sealskinz waterproof gloves. I have had my pair a year now and I really rate them (so much I bought a friend a pair for xmas). They are a really good fit - I can still do rugs etc without removing them and are waterproof enough for yard duties. They also have good feel and I use them for hacking out.

If you look on the Horse Health website they sell them. They have also introduced a thicker pair this winter which would be great around the yard, but I think rugs/riding might not be so easy - they definately had more padding in them when I tried them on at Olympia.
 
Not waterproof but thermal & very warm (I should know as I have poor circulation!) ALDI sell Crane sport fleece gloves in a range of colours for £1.99.
 
Seal skinz winter riding gloves are amazing! I work on a yard so decent gloves, boots, waterproofs etc are really important. They are toasty warm and I can pull haynets out of the soaker and pick ice out of the troughs and they stay dry.
