It is no good, I cannot continue to have a frozen backside and thighs so need to invest in some of the above. Have been looking at the Dublin ones from Equestrian Clearance.

They seem reasonable priced compared to a German made pair on ebay. Has anyone tried the Dublin ones and if so are they good value for money? or has anyone tried these ones and what are they like.

Obviously more money but TBH if they work I am beyond caring, I am so cold

Wish someone would make some with some stretch in them, Think Toggi might? See if anyone has those. Just find mine a bit constricting for riding, they are Horsewear ones. Think suede bum would be a good idea though!

We brought the Dublin ones for my Mum and they came up really small. They are also difficult to walk in as they are quite thick and the suede sticks together.

I have the Toggi Extreme trousers and they are really good. Less bulky but still very warm, and much easier to ride in.

I had the suede bum type and it was really annoying. Being a bigger person it made weird noises when I walked and yes, it did stick my legs together.

Took suede off in the end and resulting trousers are really warm and still ok after about 3 years! Stretch ones would be great though! I lag my butt by wearing cycling shorts under johds, works really well.

I've got the Dublin ones too. They are lovely and warm but a bit hard to walk in, lol. Your legs stick together.

I've found that normal thermal underwear from M&S under my jods does the job for me, although I do get incredibly warm when riding.
