Thermatex rug sizing

Just been to collect my latest Ebay purchase, a nearly new Thermatex. I got it home and put it on the table to check washing instructions, to find the little label that says 6'0". However it was described as 6'3"! Can anyone tell me how generous the sizes are on these (it's the first one I've had) before I contact the seller to send it back - I can't try it on my horse until tomorrow.

You should be fine with that, they do tend to come up on the large size. I've got a 6ft 3 which fits my boy a treat and he's usually a 6ft 6. Brilliant rugs!
 
yes you need a size smaller in thermatex, all stockists will tell you that on purchase, I guess the ebay seller was being conscientious in selling it as for a horse that usually takes a 6'3''. Mine big two both take 6'3'' in a rug but are 6' in a thermatex.

I have two of these, although I did buy them a few yrs ago -I actually have one that I have had for 9 yrs. It shows you just how fantastic they are and how long they last!!
They do stretch over the quarters in time, so I think the size you have will be fine.
