I have heard good things about thermatex rugs but I am interested in your experiences?
Are they worth the price?
I am looking for my high withered TB and i do not want another rug which slips down his shoulders and causes rubbing/restriction (especially at that large price). I have heard that you should but a size below what they usually are, should I go down 2 sizes to ensure it fits him? or it the shape wrong for narrower horses and i should steer clear?

I've seen them used on all different shapes and sizes of horse!- they are very stretchy and adjustable and are a nice fit. The general advice I think is to go down 1 size- my horse that is 6ft9 is in a 6ft6 and my horse that is 6ft 6 has 6ft3 rugs.

I bought some last winter for my horses, have both the T2000 and the Summer weight versions, and I've been really pleased with them and wish I'd bought them years ago!- they dry them off so much quicker than any other rug I've used and wash and wear well too.

They are well worth the money I think, and they don't move on my horses or rub- you can also pay extra and have cross surcingles if you were worried about them moving- I've also noticed that they are way cheaper on Ebay as well!

Hi Thanks for your help, I'll be treating my boyt to one then. Whats the difference between the T2000 and the original one? ive looked on the website but cant find any obvious differences.
