Hi HHO's,
I'm currently searching for a thermatex wardrobe to complete my Matchy Matchy obsession but I'm completely stumped on what colours we should have, here's a picture :)

I really like the following colourways but any opinions/Suggestions would be appreciated :)
Mallard/Cream
Navy/Cambridge blue/White
Navy/Beige/Royal Blue

I am thermatex devotee!!! I have Mallard and black!! ???bottle green for a chestnut I love them My oldest I bought in 1987 for £33!!!! with the belly strap and still in use.

Ooh :) The only thing is that black would clash with my brown tack (I'm that OCD about it!) I have a purple & gold one for my chesnut - as for bottle green I'm trying to keep to blue purely because most of my stuff is blue or purple! :)

I really like the kingfisher blue - looks stunning on greys and dark bays, but not sure how it would look on a coloured I ummed and ahhed about it for my skewbald mare. Do you have xc colours that you could match to? If you do some googling/ searching on here you should be able to bring up a thread on here where people posted pics of their different coloured thermatexs :). But I do think mallard and cream is super smart and would look lovely on a coloured and that would be my fave of the ones you mentioned :).

I like the sound of the third option. It would be something a little different while still looking quite traditional

I have the denim, bound in gold&white(not sure what that binding colour way is officially called!) and I love it. It would look nice on your coloured:)

Problem is there are too many colour choices with the Thermatex rugs makes deciding soooo hard. I got a brand new navy Cordura Thermatex for my birthday last month. It's still in the bag I can't bear to deface it with horse hairs but I do get it out every week to look at it!!!

Becca - It's lovely, I saw a picture of FrodoBeutlin in his and fell in love :) quite like the idea of brown & cream binding with Mallard for the main rug?

Welsh D - It would look very smart, I'm torn :)

Vvv - that sounds lovely, I really like the look of denim!

Pts - I know, if navy was the only colour choice life would be so simple, the reason I liked navy is it's easy to create a Matchy wardrobe out of it! :)

Also like the their jubilee rug, think that's very nice :)

Any pictures appreciated as I did google but most came up in navy & red! :)

I have their quarter sheet in denim and bound in royal - love it on my grey!
I decided to have the denim as it is v slightly darker than the pale blue I liked and I thought it might show little smudges of dirt less and so look as smart as! I also avoided white piping for the same reason. (makes me sound like a right grotter lol, don't have a grubby place but I knew that the first time the rug picked up a smut of dirt I'd be gutted so tried to go with the colours I liked that wouldn't show it awfully!)
How about navy with beige then royal trim?

Smart! Is denim quite light then? I had a navy Numnah with white trim and though it cleans up, it is quite annoying! :)
