Are a real pain in the butt!
Where are you up to in your rugging routine, because mines messed up (he's now back in his waterproof overnight and rainy days..)

I took the plunge about a fortnight ago to go naked. And unless we get snow again that's the way she's staying. The field she is in has good shelter and I think sticking it out is better then on again off again IMO. She also hates being rugged so she's over the moon.

Mines clipped all year, Hes out today in just a lightweight but it changes between 100gram and 200gram depending on wind. Over night it also goes between 100-300 gram stable rugs depending on how its dropping

Mine haven't wintered too well and are both in heavies again at night as its gone so cold here. Lightweight and light/middle otherwise at night and neked during the day... Oh la la :p

We're getting ridiculous amounts of rain/hail atm up here so Loki and Pippa are in their rain sheets (I worry about rain scald) - no fill. Fuzzy is in a lightweight rug that has fill in it which I'm not keen on because it is actually very warm but she doesn't have a no fill LW :( My sister is going to get her one but not sure when as she can't afford it right now. I would buy her one but I don't know if I've got the spare cash atm, might have to do a bit of financial juggling :(

Mine is clipped but warm here during the day so he either goes out naked or in a sheet, then has a fleece at night.

Waterproof fly rug during the day, 100gsm rug at night cos it's been dropping cold - my veteran is naked during the day (if it's not raining) and has a m/w rug with neck at night - she can't afford to drop any weight.
