Last time I had to take car to garage at 9 am. horses mucked me about something chronic and escaped from paddock, something that had never happened before.Well today, same scenario ! I made sure I had plenty of time to see to them so wasnt feeling rushed, but by the time I got them where they should be I was rushed. How do they know that I am on a schedule, only difference for them was that I was up an hour earlier than usual!

Even if you think you acted just as normal, and didn't feel as if you were in a rush, because after all, you had gone there an hour early to make sure that you would have plenty of time, you still also knew that you had to be somewhere else on a certain time, so I'm guessing that you unknowingly was sending out some tense-/not your usual self-signal, which your horses picked up on and hence, they didn't act their usual self.

Perhaps they don't want you to have any other obligations besides them, or maybe they simply wanted you to chill out?
