They Don't Fit !!

Well gutted, I recently won a pair of Toggi Wellies which arrived today. Couldn't get them out of the box fast enough only to try them on and can't get them over my fat legs !! It's not even like I can send them back and get a different size. First thing i've ever won and they don't fit.

I know first thing i've ever won and doesn't fit. Keep thinking well at least it's summer and you don't need them. At least can get a bit of money for them !

Did you win them from Toggi, or a Toggi dealer? I would have thought they would exchange them for you if so... ? Even if for a different Toggi product, or vouchers? worth a polite email at least?
