Any idea where I can find the above please? I'm talking tea towel like fabric, or doesn't have lots of quilting/padding/isn't stiff or holds its shape. I have 2 that came out of the pile at Catlips on separate visits but I've never seen any like them in tack shops before and a Google search tonight hasn't thrown anything up either. TIA.

Nytack. Made in the UK, really long-lasting soft cotton and reasonably priced. I have one that is nearly 20 years old and it still looks great.

I've got some from Geetac and msnEquine both on eBay. Geetac looks like an ordinary numnah but is thin, msnEquine looks like a poly pad but is very flimsy with barely any padding and you can have towelling next to the horse if you want (they're custom made). Old ones which were soft and flimsy which have just gone in the bin are Cottage Craft and Aerborn, have a look 2nd hand on ebay for old ones of those, I've got a modern Cottage Craft one and that's a lot more substantial.

Chamois leather? I got one from Screwfix which works a treat. Thinner than the Easidry and doesn’t need to be damp to use. Also stays soft when dry rather than turning to expensive cardboard.
