Thin cotton sheets - Does anyone have any of these lurking??

I am DESPERATE for a few 5'9 - 6'3" thin cotton sheets...

You know - the sort we used to use over the holey sweat sheets? My current selection has finally been whittled down to one through years of use and abuse, and I'm finding it hard to replace them

So... do any of you have them lurking unused in a heap in the tack room?

I've got a 6'3 one. It got a bit sunbleached one summer when I left it near a window and hasn't been used for a couple of years - has spent most of that time in a cupboard getting dusty!! I can dig it out and see what it looks like if you want? Was once quite smart navy with blue binding. Probably not any more though!

It's the Aerborne sale tomorrow, I might be going, they sometims have them there.

I don't care what it looks like as it will only be used as a rug liner...
If you could have a look that would be fab!

I really cannot find a thin sheet anywhere, they only seem to sell waffle type coolers and heavier summer sheets these days

I've even been going to local equestrian table top sales to see if anyone had them there, but it seems that I am the only person that wants them!

I bought 2 online for Henry, mauve with lilac binding lol I'll go and have a dig around and see where they're from, they were £4 each.....

I have a brand new Thermatex one in the wrapper. 5ft9
I bought the wrong thing; I wanted a nylon polo sheet

It's navy with a grey/silvery binding.

Have you tried the irish rug people (Holmestead Saddlery ? - not sure of spelling but they do have a website) who are normally at Burghley - they do a reasonable weight cotton sheet for about £11 - I have these and they're great - thin but not soo thin they tear if the horse moves and just thick enough to be able to be used on their own if warm out.

Shires make a really nice cheap cotton sheet, I use them under my rugs and rthey wash really well

BC_t21 - I have one of these summer sheets and they are quite thick. I expect much thicker than what bounty was looking for. However, I use it under rugs to keep them clean (and for summer nights), it's excellent quality, a good fit and would recommend it.

I have one of these and they are quite thin and dry quickly when washed. They are sort of shiney and as they are a cotton mix quite thin and not ' crispy ' ( if you know what I mean

)
