The only thing I can think to add to this list is savlon antiseptic wound wash.

Very cheap from the chemist and easy to spray onto minor cuts from a distance to avoid getting kicked!

A hole punch
Roughly 87 hoof picks (because they always disappear when you need them)
Spare scissors/yard knives
Waterproof overchaps
Thermatex rug
Barnsby saddle
Duct tape
Nappies/plastic bags (poulticing)
Animalintex and vet wrap by the dozen
Muck boots
Gallop mane and tail detangler - I have bought the Mark Todd one recently and it's nowhere near as good!
A wax hat
Spare socks
Thick padded fleecy gloves - useless for riding but excellent for moving bales of hay and general tasks
A sturdy, big wheelbarrow

Oooh I love the way some of these random posts get you thinking...

Sudocrem - for everything!
my seat saver
my ariat bromont zip insulated short boots
my ariat insulated gloves
Cashel fly masks
Myler bits
Prolite back support
My super padded very hi viz long sleeved bomber jacket - people stop me and say they saw me through the hedge - I feel so safe, and its got pockets for phone, fags and money when I stop at the pub half way round. The barmaid can see me from the carpark and comes to take my order!
Founderguard supplement to keep laminitis away
and an amazing fly lotion that lasts for days - can't remember the name but will add it later, invaluable!
Something personal that someone your respect has handed down to you and everytime you use it you feel good - I have my mum's hunting whip from when she was master, it has her initials on a little silver band around the top and I value it highly, it makes me feel 'connected' and 'protected'...slushy I now but there you go!

The fly spray I couldn't remember the name of earlier is DEOSECT! Couldn't get through the summer without it, only have to apply every couple of weeks or so. Really helps with the maintenance of the sweetitch pony and the youngsters we can't catch daily. And I'm hoping its going to help with the new pony who seems to be shaking his head alot - hmmm?
