things you do for your horses lol

Pointless post really, but I just had a funny moment this morning.

Just brought the horses stables rugs home to put through my washing machine to find I already had a ton of washing to do..but rugs took precidence over the mountanous pile sat by the washing machine.

I know that's daft but then so am I lol

What do you do where your horses come first in your house?

clothes = dirty
horse = clipped, pulled, groomed

most of the above and one thing i keep thinking of -
Stables = painted in the summer, quickly done and looking nice.
My bedroom = have been painting on/off since september and still not finished!

Horses - feed store full
House - run out of milk + bread.....
Horses - Lovely new warm rugs
Me - very mucky. 2nd hand (off a motorway worker) yard coat (now 5 years old...)
Horses - Nice new shoes every 5 weeks
Me - Umm can't remember when I last bought any.......

Most of the above.

Wet rugs hogging the rayburn.

Wash horses stuff in detergent free, for delicate skins, washing liquid.

Always wash OH clothes after, never mine.
