I'm normally more of a MW Irish kind of girl (have 16.3 ISH), but I've been riding my dads little TB this week (have ridden him lots before but had forgotten what he's like), and I'm so impressed with how how light, responsive and fun he is, as well as how he is so quick to learn!

I feel guilty now that we've never bothered much with him (dads happy hack) but think he could be a little star!

Quite excited! :)

He's got a long way to go yet and Badger obviously has to be my best horse ever, but in comparison he is quite nice to ride after he gets out of his "I'm being an idiot" mode. ;)

I've ridden him in the school 4 times and he's gone from giraffe impression, going in random sideways directions to nice calm horse, bending (correctly most of the time), going strait and came into an outline all on his own! Jumping he's done before anyway but had gone back into race horse mode after a break, but is now also being really calm, sensible and popping 3'3'' nicely. :) So pleased with him. :)

Aye! You might just get round a 1ft kids pony club xc on your TB but the Mini will take you round Badminton and Gatcombe! No choice really! Lol!

Why didn't anyone tell me sooner??? Right, will shoot the TB tomorrow and put in an offer for the mini shet! Thanks! ;)

One of my horses is a TB and utterly gorgeous. Very light and responsive, fabulous walk and canter and promising trot. Lateral work is a bit of a struggle but coming on and she is so willing. Very pretty too!

Mine is very pretty, and cheerful! Not like our grumpy old IDs. ;)
