the fat one and i have decided to have a little go at dressage (just a small show). I am trying to decide if i should do one or two tests. They would be a prelim and poss a walk and trot but im wondering if it will bee too mch, esp as its our first outing in a while, im also worried i won't remeber 2 tests.

Anyone got any words of wisdom? my main worry is that 2 will be too much. I would rather do 1 test well than 2 medioca (knowing me). Help i have not got a clue!!!!

Do the walk and trot the have someone call the prelim? That what I did with the baby

sound good, will check if i can have one. Do you get marked down for having someone calling for you

i wouldnt worry about doing 2 tests, depending on how long you spend warming in, but you dont end up sat on them for too long and theres a break in between. i usually find a 2nd one goes better than the 1st anyway

and no marks are lost for a caller

my last competition i learnt one test so well that i knew it in my sleep and got the other one read out and i got placed in both. you dont get marked down for getting it read out but its a good idea to read over the readding-out test just a few times in advance to make sure you know how to perform all the movements correctly! good luck!!
